Schedule/Hours:

Days, 7A-7P 3x12-hour shifts Call possible Potential float to stepdown unit

Required Qualifications:

Active RN license

BLS & ACLS

certifications Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience Proficient in critical care nursing Willing to float to stepdown if needed Must be located more than 50 miles from facility

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to patients in a 27-bed unit Manage patient ratios of 2:1 or 3-4:1 effectively Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality outcomes Accurately document care in the

MEDHOST EMR

system Assist with stepdown unit coverage as directed
