Administer medications and treatments, monitor side-effects, and document patient histories. Assess patients' physical, emotional, social, cultural, and developmental needs. Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments. Support patient flow, including admission, discharge, and transfer planning. Maintain accurate electronic patient documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Ensure safety and quality standards are met across all patient care activities. What You Need Active RN license in TX or a compact state in good standing BLS certification from the American Heart Association 6+ months of clinical nursing experience in a relevant setting Experience with pediatric patients highly preferred, especially in rheumatology
