Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient care, treatment plans, medical records, authorizations, appointments, and return-to-work services. Benefits $5,000 sign-on bonus 80 vacation hours Seven paid sick days 11 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Matching 401(k) $500 annual continuing education allowance License and certification reimbursement Requirements ADN or BSN from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program At least one year of RN Case Manager experience Active, unrestricted RN license from any state Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification One recognized case management certification, such as CCM, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, COHN-S, ACCC, CRC, RN-NCM, or CMC Current Secret clearance or ability to obtain one Ability to pass a government background investigationBenefits
