Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, person-centered nursing care to residents Monitor and document changes in residents' health status Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families Supervise CNAs and support staff to ensure high standards of care Uphold our 5-star commitment to safety, dignity, and clinical quality
What We're Looking For:
