Required Responsibilities :
Nursing Director Emergency Services Accountable for the clinical, operational, and fiscal performance of the designated unit. This position oversees the execution of short and long term strategies to support organizational goals pertinent to our client, establishes and ensures compliance with standards of clinical care, and maintains accountability for staffing, quality, safety, service and clinical excellence throughout these areas. Other responsibilities include assisting Clinical Managers/supervisors with Evidence Based Leadership, supporting nursing professional practice, and responding to any patient or physician's complaints in an administrative leadership role.
Required Qualifications:
Nursing Director Emergency Services Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing years experience in all aspects of critical care nursing. Current RN license within the state of practice. Successful completion of critical care course. Current AHA BLS Certification. Current
AHA ACLS
Certification.
AHA PALS
within 6 months of hire. TNCC within one year of hire. 3-5 years of Director Level Experience 3-5 years of acute care emergency services experience
Pay:
Up to $137,000.00 per year
