Join our healthcare partner's dedicated team in providing exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting. As a Registered Nurse in the ER, you will utilize your skills and expertise to deliver life-saving care and support to patients of all ages. Provide comprehensive care to patients in a 36-room Level I Trauma Center Utilize Epic for charting and documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory, radiology, and social services Manage a patient ratio of 4:1 during night shifts Administer and monitor procedural sedation and manage dysrhythmias Perform arterial line management, blood product administration, and care for ventilated patients

Requirements:
