Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year of recent home health nursing experience Expertise in OASIS documentation is mandatory Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage a structured caseload and full-time schedule Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
