Registered Nurse - Home Health-PRN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Assisting with medical procedures and examinations
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educating patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Proficiency in memory care techniques for patients with dementia
• Knowledge of medical imaging procedures and equipment
• Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
• Experience in dialysis procedures and care
• Competence in ostomy care for patients with stomas
• Understanding of occupational health practices and protocols
• Familiarity with mammography screening procedures
• Experience working in an ambulatory surgery center setting

• RN License
• Proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and patient care
• Experience with EMR and EHR systems, Experience with Kinnser EMR a Plus
• Ability to assess patients and provide appropriate care
• Knowledge of physiology and tube feeding
• Premium skills in critical care, cardiac catheterization, and medical office experience
• Relevant skills in airway management, health coaching, and specimen collection
• Familiarity with memory care, dialysis, and ostomy care
• Ability to develop and implement care plans

Pay:

From $50.00 per hour
