Position Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating resident services, and ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional care. This is primarily for 6 pm to 6 am shifts Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor resident conditions and promptly address changes in health status. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and support CNA and nursing staff as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance. Promote a positive and compassionate resident experience. Respond effectively to medical emergencies and resident needs. Qualifications Active, Non-Probationary RN License Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing Tuberculosis Testing Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.
