NIHSS Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit. Monitor patient vital signs and manage complex care procedures including vasoactive drips and high-flow oxygen therapy. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care and safety. Document patient progress accurately using EPIC electronic health records.
