Responsibilities Assesses and charts observations of patient's condition for each visit Clinical duties, such as, changing bandages, tube feedings, shots and monitoring IV's Reviews medications and vital signs Administers physician-prescribed medications Dresses or redresses wounds and assesses healing progress Educates patients and family members on proper home health care procedures and strategies Coordinates with physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists in patient care plan Requirements Graduation from accredited school of nursing Registration as Registered Nurse Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment Ability to think and act swiftly during emergency situations Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of different living conditions and with diverse groups Rewards Competitive wages Health & Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Retirement Paid Time Off Long Term Illness Leave Discounts Please Note All positions are subject to close without notice.
