We offer inpatient social detoxification, residential, and intensive outpatient treatment. We assist individuals in succeeding with their long-term rehabilitation and recovery goals. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and empathetic RN to deliver high-quality care in our addiction recovery setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct morning vital signs assessments for all patients. Dispense medications accurately and in compliance with prescriptions and facility policies. Perform initial assessments for new clients upon admission. Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient progress. Draw blood samples for lab testing as needed. Collaborate with the clinical team, including physicians, therapists, and support staff. Maintain accurate clinical charting in electronic medical records. Lead educational groups on medical topics and medication management. Train staff on proper medication administration policies and procedures. Schedule, reorder, and manage medication inventory. Conduct medication counts and audit logs to ensure compliance and safety. Requirements Active Utah RN license in good standing. Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. Ability to read and interpret physician orders, formulate individualized nursing care plans, and participate in client care conferences. Commitment to attending and participating in all required in-service training sessions. Must pass a comprehensive Department of Human Services background check. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with psychiatric or addiction recovery patients. Prior inpatient care experience in a similar setting.
