Schedule/Hours:
5PM - 5AM, 12-hour shifts 4 weekend shifts per month 13-week assignment, start
ASAP Qualifications:
Active RN license (BSN preferred) BLS certification required Med/Surg nursing experience strongly preferred Proficiency in basics of patient care: VS, labs, med administration, controlled medications Advanced skills: NG/NJ tubes, chest tubes, heparin drips
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care for a med/surg patient population (ratios ~6:1) Coordinate with unit techs and secretaries for patient needs Utilize Meditech documentation system Participate in flexible scheduling and potential floating to Surgical or Acute Rehab units Demonstrate commitment to exceptional patient experiences Why Choose This Assignment?
