Nurse, Full-Time (Grave Shift)
Job Description
Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, INC. (FCCBH) is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our medical team. We have a need for one part-time/ PRN employee and one full-time (36 hour per week) employee who are willing to work over night shifts for our new Receiving Center. Nurses are part of a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, prescribers, case managers, and support staff. Nurses work directly with medical and mental health staff in coordinating care for patients. The position involves a wide spectrum of services, including physical health screening, medication management, medication-assisted treatment when needed, nursing assessments, performing vitals, blood draws, and coordination of care. Starting pay for an LPN is $27.55/hr. and an RN is $31.93/hr; salary depends on experience and licensure. We offer a $2.00/hour differential for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays and between the hours of 11 pm to 5 am. Up to an additional $4.00/hr. available! Must have or qualify for licensure in Utah. Maintaining confidentiality is an essential job requirement. Four Corners is an EOE with a Drug-Free Workplace.
