Job Responsibilities :

Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Provide superior care for residents. Compete resident assignments effectively and promptly. Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them. Document accurately and completely.

Requirements :

Current State of Utah RN or LPN license Apply Today!

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
