Why This Role Matters You will play a key role in guiding patients and families through some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives. You will help ensure they receive excellent care, clear communication, and strong clinical support in the home. Because of our size and stage, this role currently supports both Home Health and Hospice . That means we are looking for a versatile nurse who can adapt well, manage complexity, and confidently care for patients across both service lines. Requirements Current Utah RN license Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current CPR certification Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred Knowledge of OASIS preferred Familiarity with Kinnser/WellSky preferred
