Assisted Living Nurse (RN) Tradition Assisted Living is seeking a skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated community nursing team. In this position, you will oversee resident care processes, support and supervise personal care staff, and work closely with our leadership team to ensure residents receive safe, individualized, and high-quality care. Company car provided for full-time nurses Competitive pay + monthly bonus payout Generous compensation package Fun, supportive, and rewarding work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of a diverse and underserved population Be part of one of the fastest-growing home health providers in the valley Key Responsibilities Complete assessments and service plans for residents prior to and upon move-in Monitor residents' health status and perform ongoing evaluations Develop individualized care approaches based on each resident's medical, behavioral, and psychosocial needs Lead care conferences with residents and families Ensure all healthcare provider orders are carried out and documented Train, supervise, and mentor care team members Support staff in responding appropriately to behavioral and mental health needs Maintain accurate, thorough records to ensure regulatory compliance Collaborate with community directors and healthcare providers to address resident needs Connect residents and families with healthcare, behavioral health, and community resources that improve quality of life Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents What We're Looking For Current Utah RN license (Required) Experience in healthcare management and supervision in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Residential Care, or a related setting Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements and clinical compliance Assessment and service plan development experience required Experience with behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, mental health, dementia, or other complex behavioral/psychosocial needs is strongly preferred Compassion and patience when working with individuals experiencing behavioral or mental health challenges Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Skilled in risk management and clear, effective verbal and written communication Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, caregivers, healthcare providers, and community leadership Proficient with Microsoft Office Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
