Traveler Requirements:

2 years of RN experience in Psych or LTC; Must be comfortable working as charge nurse

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and ongoing patient assessments in a secure facility setting Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document care accurately and timely Serve as charge nurse as needed, supporting workflow coordination and clinical decision-making Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care needs Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and required documentation standards Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
