This is a great opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual to join a rapidly growing agency! General oversight of patient care and effective management of utilization of services. Valid RN license to practice in Virginia OR licensed in the state as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist or Medical Social Worker. Minimum of 2 years' experience within the last 5 years in a

MEDICARE CERTIFIED

hospice agency setting required. Extensive knowledge and understanding of federal/state laws and guidelines pertaining to Hospice and Medicare. High level management skills needed to be successful in the role as a leader to include conflict management, negotiation, team building, communication and coaching/mentoring others.
