MDS Coordinator (RN) Full-Time | Exempt | Day Shift We are seeking a clinically strong and highly organized MDS Coordinator (RN) to lead and oversee the resident assessment process. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and coordination of the MDS, CAAs, and care planning process across all payer sources. This position is ideal for an RN with advanced clinical judgment and experience managing the full RAI process in a skilled nursing setting.
