PRN Registered Nurse (RN) - In-Home Assessments Flexible Schedule | Weekday Daytime Availability Needed Looking for meaningful nursing work without bedside care, shift work, or on-call responsibilities? Home Instead is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to complete in-home client assessments throughout the Fredericksburg/Stafford surrounding areas and the Culpeper surrounding areas. This PRN role is ideal for an RN looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults. What You'll Do

• Complete initial in-home nursing assessments
• Conduct 90-day reassessments and assessments following changes in condition or hospitalization
• Develop and update individualized Plans of Care
• Collaborate with our office team to ensure clients receive the care they need
• Complete electronic documentation What We Offer
• Earn $50 per completed assessment or reassessment. Most visits average approximately 30 minutes, plus documentation and travel time.

• Active Virginia RN license in good standing
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Experience with geriatrics, home care, hospice, or case management is a plus, but not required
