Requirements:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum 1-2 years recent experience in ICU Nursing Competency in critical care protocols, monitoring devices, and emergency interventions Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills Ability to respond effectively in high-stress, acute care environments
