We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Shenandoah Crossing Resort in Gordonsville, VA. This beautiful resort offers a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and relaxation, with spacious accommodations and stunning natural surroundings. In this role, you will oversee housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the property.
Compensation:

Responsibilities Include:
Supervising Suite and Laundry Attendant (s) Monthly/Quarter/Yearly Goal setting for the team Yearly Performance reviews and rating for team members Making sure guests requests are met in a timely manner. Communicating with
Maintenance and Front Desk:
Maintenance needs, if a room needs to be put offline, etc. Quality checking rooms daily. Keeping Front Desk agents updated on room status'. Ordering supplies for housekeeping and laundry, and amenities for rooms and keeping checkbook updated. Monthly Linen Inventory, ensuring par levels Responsible for rolling out new standards Developing SOP for Best Practices Ensuring all public areas of the resort are clean and well kept. Build housekeeping schedule Other duties as assigned by your leader.
Schedule Details:
Our Housekeeping Department operates 7 days per week. The Supervisor may work varying days from 12pm to 8:30pm.including weekends. Eligibility:
All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement What are we looking for? High School Diploma/GED 1-3 years of related experience Basic computer skills Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments Ability to repeatedly lift/carry, push/pull items more than 25 lbs Preferred but not required: BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree CPR/First Aid 2+ years of Supervisory experience Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality industry We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
