To qualify, Registered Nurses must have at least 18 months of recent experience in their specialty area (such as ICU, OR, etc.). Flexible scheduling is offered; team members are required to pre-schedule a minimum of 24 hours each calendar month, with at least 8 hours on a weekend shift and 8 hours on an off-shift. This role is ideal for experienced RNs seeking variety and flexibility while making a meaningful impact across the facility. Job Summary Provides safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process. Applies professional standards in ethics, collaboration, leadership, and evidence-based practice. Uses clinical knowledge and skills to meet the needs of their specific unit. Education Degree or Diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing Program Certification/Licensure Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing BLS within 90 days of hire Experience At least 18 months of recent experience in specialty area (such as ICU, OR, etc.)
