About this position:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care for and treating detainees in a correctional setting. Correctional nurses administer both routine and emergency medical care and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries. Education/Certifications Graduate from a nationally accredited registered nursing program Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of employment or ability to obtain licenseCurrent Basic Life Support Job Type:
Full Time Correctional nursing experience preferred but not required Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check Available shift: 6A-6P- Day Shift 10A-10P
- Mid Shift 6P-6A
Night Shift PRN Availability General Duties:
