Registered Nurse, ER Experience:

2 years

Licenses:

RN(Compact Accepted)

Certifications:

ACLS; BLS; PALS; CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention(Copy needed)

SSN Required DOB Required Work History:

Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year CPI Blue Card from Crisis Prevention Institute required
