Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and skin evaluations, ensuring accurate documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Assist with and perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other skin rejuvenation therapies under the supervision of licensed providers. Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment instructions in both English and Spanish to ensure patient understanding and safety. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and lifestyle modifications to optimize treatment results. Manage patient flow efficiently by triaging inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-up care to enhance patient satisfaction. Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, HIPAA regulations, and medical documentation standards. Support the clinic's operational needs by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and managing inventory of supplies. Skills Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience working as an RN in medical office settings, with familiarity in aesthetic or dermatology environments preferred. Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dermatology, ophthalmology, or aesthetic medicine. Ability to perform injections safely including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers; certification preferred but not required. Exceptional patient care skills with a warm, energetic demeanor that puts clients at ease. Critical thinking skills with the ability to triage patient concerns effectively and provide appropriate guidance.
