Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) fluent in English and Spanish to join our vibrant Med Spa team. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your nursing expertise to assist clients with various non-invasive cosmetic treatments, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history review, to determine suitability for treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation procedures Provide clear explanations of treatment options in both English and Spanish, addressing patient questions and concerns with confidence and professionalism Assist practitioners during procedures by maintaining aseptic technique, preparing supplies, and monitoring patient comfort throughout treatments Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and follow-up appointments to ensure optimal results and safety Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations Manage appointment scheduling, patient intake, and medical documentation efficiently to streamline clinic operations Support inventory management by tracking supplies and ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use Skills Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively serve diverse patient populations Proven experience with medical office systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR platforms for accurate documentation Strong knowledge of nursing practices including aseptic technique, vital signs assessment, medication administration, and patient education Familiarity with aesthetic procedures like botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers is highly desirable Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic approach that builds rapport with patients of all backgrounds Knowledge of medical terminology related to dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and general nursing practices Join us in transforming lives through innovative skincare solutions!
