Job Description
Role:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in emergency settings, monitoring patient responses, administering medications, and performing procedures. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure positive patient outcomes. Maintain cleanliness and stocking of supplies, transport patients, and perform other assigned duties. Share on-call responsibilities with prompt response times, ensuring continuous patient care. Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, documenting all interventions accurately.Qualifications & Skills:
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, with graduation from an accredited school. Certifications as required by facility; physical ability to move and lift equipment and patients. Strong interpersonal, technical, cognitive, and sensory skills for effective team interaction and patient care. Ability to work independently or under supervision, managing multiple interactions and meeting deadlines.Key Attributes:
