Incredible Health seeks an Emergency Department RN to deliver high-quality, fast-paced care in a busy ER setting. You'll perform rapid assessments, triage, and stabilization for diverse patient populations, administer medications and IV therapies, and support trauma and code responses. Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you'll use evidence-based practices and EHR systems to drive safe, efficient care. Responsibilities Provide direct emergency nursing care, including rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization for diverse patient populations. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to provider orders and hospital protocols. Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status, responding quickly to changes in condition. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Support code and trauma activations, following ACLS/BLS and emergency protocols. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR). Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and discharge instructions. Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards. Precept or support onboarding of new nurses as needed. Participate in continuous improvement, data-driven care initiatives, and departmental meetings.
