We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time (Week Nights) Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in the Chesapeake, Williamsburg, Newport News, and Virginia Beach areas. In this role, you'll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator . - Provide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.
- Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.
- Uphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
- Support the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.
What You Bring:
- Completion of an accredited RN program.
- Active Virginia RN license.
- A heart for compassionate care and a commitment to patient dignity.
