Desired Qualifications:

Current, active Registered Nurse license Proven experience in a stepdown unit or similar progressive care environment Proficiency in cardiac and respiratory monitoring, use of telemetry equipment, and administration of IV medications Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting Compassionate bedside manner and dedication to patient advocacy

Key Responsibilities:
