Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum 2 years recent Cath Lab experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Experience with invasive cardiac procedures and patient monitoring

Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and monitor throughout procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during diagnostic and interventional cases Manage and monitor equipment specific to Cath Lab Document all patient care tasks and procedural notes accurately Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times Provide post-procedural care and education to patients and families
