HCA Healthcare is seeking New Grad Registered Nurses for our Medical Surgical Residency Program. In this role, you will provide safe, evidence-based bedside care, perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you'll build skills in patient education, discharge planning, and electronic health record documentation.
