Join our dedicated team at Central Adult Day Healthcare Services as a Nurse, where your compassion and expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about providing exceptional care in a supportive and engaging environment.Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor patient health and vital signs. Develop and implement individualized care plans for each client. Provide emotional support and education to clients and their families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Assist with daily living activities and promote client independence. Conduct health assessments and manage chronic conditions. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. CPR and First Aid certification required. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.About Us:
