As a Regional Nurse Consultant, you will oversee clinical operations across the region to ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines and regulatory standards. About the

Role:

Your responsibilities will include: Partners with facility administrators and department managers to address compliance gaps and implement corrective action plans Conducts regular site visits and inspections to monitor adherence to policies and procedures Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations. Audits skilled nursing facilities to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal guidelines, including CMS, state Department of Health, and OSHA regulations Provides mentorship and support to nursing leadership and clinical staff across facilities Prepares audit reports and communicates findings and recommendations to senior leadership Stays current on changes to CMS regulations, state nursing home requirements, and industry best practices
