Nurse Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality, reliable and compassionate care to our clients. Wound care/dressing changes Client Visits Taking client's vital signs Medication management/administration Direct care needs such as G-tube/trach/vent IV/IG/infusions Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills. Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Must Have Requirements:
