Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, communication, and multitasking abilities Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) Adaptable and resilient mindset

Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute treatment plans Educate patients and families on care-related topics Maintain accurate, timely documentation
