Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active RN license, eligible to practice in the state. Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience. Previous stepdown unit experience highly preferred. Proficiency in patient assessment and critical care protocols. Strong adaptability and excellent communication skills. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier critical and stepdown nursing care to adult patients. Monitor patient status, vital signs, and respond swiftly to changes. Administer medications, interpret laboratory data, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Support patients' families by delivering education and updates. Follow facility guidelines and ensure best practices in patient safety.
