Pay Range :

$68/hr to $70/hr { For Travellers•($35/hr Taxable+$35/hr Stipend)}

Weekly Gross:

$2520/week for 36 hours Shift•Monday•

Friday Contract:

13 Weeks and can get multiple

POSITION SUMMARY

Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice

RN COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED

•no exemptions. Oasis experience is a must. Home health experience is required. Experience as a home care traveler with proficiency in OASIS is preferred, as this role includes case management responsibilities. Homecare Home Base experience is preferred. #
