Job Description

Join Vermont's first nationally accredited Registered Nurse Residency Program for New Graduates at SVMC today! What is residency? Our program is specially designed to provide support, guidance and help develop a nurse's knowledge and skills during the first year of practice so you can successfully transition into the constantly changing world of healthcare. Minimum Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required. Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
Minimum Work Experience:
Prior healthcare experience preferred
Required Licenses/ Certifications:
Ability to obtain valid Vermont State Registered Nurse licensure by date of employment required. Health Care Provider
BLS, ACLS, PALS
certification are required within 90 days of hire. Night shift 6pm-6a or 7pm-7am and rotating weekends/holidays are required.
