Contract Job Summary The Site Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that delivers high-quality clinical care in a homelike setting while ensuring operations meet applicable policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations governing long-term care facilities. This leader champions long-term and post-acute services and supports strategic priorities around access, affordability, and quality. Requirements Vermont and/or New York Nursing Home Administrator license Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field ( Master's preferred ) 5+ years management experience with increasing responsibility Management experience in one or more of: Skilled nursing Residential care Assisted living Strong leadership, relationship-building, and operational planning skills in a fast-paced environment align the title + description, tighten the wording for Indeed/search visibility, and give you the final "copy/paste" posting (plus suggested Indeed screening questions if you want).
