In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate treatment plans, and educate patients and families to promote health and independence. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications via injection or IV infusion, perform wound suturing, and manage aseptic techniques to ensure safe and effective treatments. Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities. Manage complex cases involving acute pain management, trauma medicine, infectious disease care, dialysis, and cardiac catheterization recovery. Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to promote health literacy. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals during diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory testing or sonography to ensure comprehensive patient care.
