Pay Range:
$45.78
- $82.
98 per hour, based on experience

Multiple openings may be available. About the Role As an Observation RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. You will play a key role in assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and ensuring positive clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Document patient care accurately and according to established standards. Delegate and coordinate care activities with other members of the healthcare team. Collaborate with patients, families, providers, and caregivers to support exceptional care delivery. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, and departmental initiatives. Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and development. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. Minimum one year of recent Observation
- OR•Med Surg Department experience.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification required within six months of hire. Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). One or more years of RN experience.
