Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.

Upon hire:

Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association National Provider ACLS
• American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate
• NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
