Type:

Six-month contract, opportunity for extension or full time offer

Schedule:

30 to 40 hours per week, 10-hour days. No weekends, holidays or evenings!

Pay:

$49.50 to $51.50 an hour Key Responsibilities of the

Registered Nurse:

• Accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care
• Supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family
• Function within the clinic to include accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating andmunicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients
• Provides leadership through activities such as preceptor role, informal and formal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts
• Delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability and availability of resources
• Evaluates unstable orplex patient care situations and facilitates appropriate intervention
• Possesses excellentmunication skills; is skillful in mentoring and teaching; and may participate onmittees or projects
• Responsible for educational instruction to patients and families with health care needs
• Evaluates effectiveness of patient and family teaching and makes documentation in patient's charts
• Other duties may be assigned as required Qualifications for the

Registered Nurse:

• Associates degree
• Active and good standing RN license in Washington
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• One year of experience within operating room (ambulatory surgery center OR hospital outpatient department) Why work for Adecco?

Pay Details:
