Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Upon hire:

National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate
• NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire National Provider ACLS
• American Heart Association within 90 days of hire 1 year Acute care experience with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at the facility.
