full-time We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Full-Time Nurse (RN or LPN) for private client care in Seattle, WA (Redmond). This full-time role provides dedicated one-on-one support for a male client. The schedule is full-time (exact hours/shifts to be confirmed and may include days, evenings, or flexible coverage based on client needs). The focus is on supporting the client's daily needs while promoting independence, comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a private home or residential setting. Key Responsibilities Monitor and record vital signs; observe and promptly report changes in condition. Assist with meal preparation, nutrition, and medication as required. Administer medications and perform nursing tasks according to scope of practice and Washington State requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team, family, and healthcare providers. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Offer companionship and emotional support while respecting the client's privacy and preferences. Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the client's care plan. Qualifications Active Washington State RN or LPN license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification (First Aid preferred). Reliable, professional, and experienced in providing nursing care (prior private-duty, home health, or long-term care experience preferred). Strong communication skills, patience, and a respectful, client-centered approach. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the exact care setting. Must pass background check and any other screening requirements. Authorized to work in the United States. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience and credentials (Seattle-area rates for similar full-time private or facility nursing roles are typically higher than CNA rates).
