Pay range:
- Hourly $44.40 - $66.60 The Clinic Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinic Nurse provides a single standard of care to patients using evidence based disease state management clinical pathways. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources. Per diem /Variable Clinic open 365 days per year Hours 7a-10p
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required . BSN preferred Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required . Current Health Care Provider CPR certification required . Prefer a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting or inpatient experience in med-surg. Electronic health record experience required. Why join Overlake?
