L&D Nurses! Looking for something different? 13 weeks. Five rural hospitals. One incredible opportunity to make an impact. We're looking for exceptional L&D Nurses to support five Critical Access Hospitals serving rural communities throughout Central Washington . This is not a traditional travel assignment. Instead of being assigned to one hospital, you'll become part of a shared regional resource team, helping independent hospitals in rural communities maintain access to high-quality maternal care.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
3+ years of Labor & Delivery experience Active Washington RN license OR eligible multistate/compact RN license .
ACLS PALS STABLE
Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) Reliable transportation Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Bilingual Spanish/English Previous Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare experience Previous travel nursing experience Experience working across multiple facilities or healthcare systems The Rural Difference This opportunity is about more than filling shifts.
